About this course
Extend your communications troubleshooting knowledge through 40 hours of continuing education at the GCT2 level. Building on GCT1 fundamentals, review advanced electronics, P25 and DMR digital modulation, spectrum allocations, radio over IP, test equipment, fiber optics, and physical site procedures. The course focuses on knowledge used in public safety and commercial wireless systems. Complete the course activities and assessments, retain your completion records, and confirm the applicable renewal requirements with ETA International. This is continuing education; course completion does not award a new professional certification or automatically renew an existing credential.
